Allen Mundy is President and CEO of Munlake Contractors, Inc., and the second generation of his family to direct the company. His father, John L. Mundy, founded the business in 1967, so Allen grew up working beside him, gaining rich understanding of all phases of construction. Allen assumed the leadership of the company in 1998 at the age of 30.

Under the direction of Mr. Allen Mundy, the company has increased in both size and scope. The various divisions (Hotel, Petroleum, Multi-Family Housing, Restaurant, and Retail) have each flourished, while the company as a whole has become known as a general contractor of good reputation and quality. Today the organization has worked in virtually every state in the continental U. S., and has performed individual projects in thirty million dollars range.

Mr. Mundy is a family man with two children, and is a minister in his church. He and his family are proud of their farm east of Independence where they raise true Missouri mules. These mules often go with him to the north-west for fishing and elk hunting trips. In fact, when he is not working in his company, he is usually doing something with the mules.
